These two steps are the key to determine the quality of cots. Although the surface of the cots looks smooth, there are still many small concave and convex parts on the surface. Grinding and polishing is to make cots size surface smooth, so that the ink transfer performance is good, printing quality is high.

Do not place in strong light and ultraviolet light, ultraviolet light in addition to directly cause the rubber molecular chain fracture and crosslinking, rubber absorption of light energy and free radicals, trigger and accelerate the oxidation chain reaction process. Ultraviolet light acts as heating. Therefore, it is necessary to use thick paper and black plastic cloth to cover the cots around the light protection measures, otherwise it will cause aging, decolorization, cracking, etc., reduce the service life of cots and affect the quality of printing products.
Cots in storage stacking, to support the shaft storage, no extrusion stacking, roller and roller spacing should not be less than 5mm. When handling and moving, it is necessary to lift and hang the shaft part to prevent the rubber surface from squeezing, knocking and scratching.
If the new roller is not used for the time being, please do not open the package, only before the installation can take off the wrapping paper, because the wrapping paper can play a protective role.
In addition, cots should be kept away from high-pressure equipment, motors and other places where ozone may be produced. Because the chemical activity of ozone is much higher than that of oxygen, it is also more destructive and improper storage, which is easy to cause ozone cracking. For cots stored over the standard period, check whether there are defects before use, only in good condition can be used on the machine.
